Can I pay for a truck to serve a client?
Absolutely. You can arrange a food truck visit for another location. Just let us know the expected number of guests and your per person budget and ScheduleAFoodTruck will arrange the rest. We will find the truck that best fits your budget and deliver a service that your clients will appreciate and remember
Does this work with staggered or limited lunch times?
Absolutely. Your staff can pre-order their meals and select a pickup time that fits their schedule. When they are ready for it, their meal will be hot, fresh and waiting. We can even design a special menu with speed in mind to allow them to quickly deliver a meal on the spot.
How does pre-ordering work?
Each flyer will include a QR code your residents can use to submit orders anytime after the service is announced. They will receive a response giving them an order number to give the truck crew when they pick up their order. Also, each email notification will include phone number and instructions to text orders in.
How can we pay for meals or a portion of meals?
There are a number of ways to provide meals for your neighbors. Some HOAs will pay for the entire meal, while others will pay for a portion of the meals. Some will just set limits on the amount they will cover for each guest or household. If you have a budget in mind and an expected number of guests, ScheduleAFoodTruck will work with you to find the perfect truck for your event.
What if we have more than one location?
ScheduleAFoodTruck can arrange for a truck to serve a series of locations with either prepared meals or a special, quick-serve style menu. If your locations are not close together, we can dispatch multiple trucks, provided the services are viable for the food truck operators.
