Weekends are typically not good days to schedule food trucks service because that's when people plan to travel and eat out
For the residents' pay as they order service with no minimums, that will need to be a Mon-Thurs dinner service, as Fri-Sun have proven to be the weakest days for food trucks at apartment communities, so those days require a $450 minimum.
